There isn't necessarily any information in here that you couldn't find elsewhere, but its like a workout plan for your mind, if workout plans came with cool scientific breakdowns. Sure you could still improve your inner game without the course, but its well worth the money to have all the information all in one place, and to have a way of recording and tracking your progress. And the information here helps you make you into a better self. And a better self means a better life.

I highly recommend this for anyone interested in sports psychology or just athletes that want to learn how they can get better all around. I wish my whole team would go through the program because then we could help each other out with our mental practices and we would have a better understanding of each other as humans rather than just how we play volleyball. I left this course with multiple tools and techniques to help me stay focused and present while playing volleyball. This is a great program for any athlete interested in beginning their mental game journey.
